I had an amazing time staying at this elegant and historical hotel. The atmosphere and decor were absolutely stunning, immersing me in the art and history of the place. The breakfast experience was exceptional, and the evening treats in the drawing room were a delightful touch. The manager, Giacamo, was a true professional and provided excellent assistance throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with the Pitti Palace just a few blocks away and a peaceful ambiance at night.

One small drawback was the limited space in the elevator, but considering the building's height, it wasn't a major inconvenience to reach the lobby or the rooms. Additionally, the first-time use of the buzzing system may be a bit tricky, but it becomes easy once you get the hang of it.
